Job Summary
As a Host or Hostess you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and maintain positive guest relations
  • Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
  • Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
  • Introducing guests to their server
  • Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately setting guest expectations
  • Maintaining the flow of the restaurant
  • Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
  • Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
  • Always perform as a team member
  • Attend and participate in on-going training sessions, read shift notes and attend shift meetings
  • Adhere to company policies and standards

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and proper documentation
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain any necessary licensing or permits
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full service bar
  • Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation
  • Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guests
  • Verbal communication skills, and accurate math and cash handling skills

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
